Think perimenopause is just about hot flashes? It’s so much more!

Join us for an informative and supportive lecture on perimenopause, the often-overlooked transition leading up to menopause. Dr. Colleen Krajewski, MD, an obstetrician-gynecologist with over 15 years of experience, will explain what perimenopause is, how it’s diagnosed, and the common signs and symptoms women may experience, including fatigue, brain fog, body changes, shifts in libido and more. She will also explore how perimenopause can affect daily life, why it’s limiting to reduce women to a single label, and ways to better understand and manage this stage of life. A question-and-answer session will follow. Dr. Krajewski's certified therapy dog Max will also be in attendance to offer comfort and support. This program is free and open to adults. Registration is strongly encouraged.
