Welcome to the world kitchen! The kitchen opens semi annually, and we introduce authentic cuisine from different countries. This month's food for the world kitchen is from India! Indian food is renowned for its layered flavors.

This 8 week session will focus on basic concepts such as the alphabet, counting, colors, shapes and more. Books, songs and dance will all be a part of this fun and engaging storytime for young children.

Reading doesn't have to be a solitary activity when you join our book club! Pick up a copy of the monthly book selection at the library front desk or download the e-book ahead of time.

From the hours of 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., library volunteers will be on hand to collect donations of gently used materials inside the library. Please have the items packaged in boxes or bags.

Join us for a Saturday afternoon movie screening! Light refreshments will be offered during the movie. Registration is not required.

The pets have been let loose in the library! Can you find them all? If you can, you win a prize! Stop in anytime during our regular hours and participate in this pet-tastic scavenger hunt!

Join us for a coffee chat with a funeral director. Rachel Hinton from William Slater II Funeral Home on Greentree Road will share a brief presentation on advanced funeral planning, types of services and pre-payment options.

Join the library and our special dog friend for a morning of book reading and crafts. Trained therapy dog will be in the children’s section waiting for you to come read to her! Animal themed crafts will be provided while supplies last.

Are you from outside of the U.S.? Different states? Maybe you are a native yinzer! Meet us in our International Chat Room and introduce your country, culture and share your story! We will get together once a month and chat about some fun topics.

The Library Board meets on the third Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held both via Zoom webinar and in person at the library (please note that the library is closed to regular services during the meeting).
