Please join us for Plant-Based Food for Healthy Aging presented by Plant-Based Pittsburgh South. During this half-day seminar, Dr. Michael Greger's talk on his book, How Not to Age: The Scientific Approach to Getting Healthier as You Get Older, which he delivered at Pitt Johnstown's campus, will be screened. Afterwards, there will be a facilitated discussion of Dr. Greger's research findings and suggestions for implementing them. Our guest speaker Devon Kroesche, MS, RDN, LDN and follower of a whole food plant-based lifestyle will deliver remarks.
The program is open to anyone who is aging. (Yes, this is all of us.)
The cost for the seminar is $5 and will include a light whole food plant-based lunch from Pure Grub. Registration is required and must be completed by Sunday, September 15 to allow for a catering headcount. Payment will be collected at the door on the day of the event (cash only, please). Walk-ins will not be accepted.
