StoryWalk: Emile in the Field

We invite you to grab the family and take a stroll through our Emile in the Field StoryWalk set up in the Municipal Park behind the library. A StoryWalk® places pages from a children’s picture book along a walking path so that children and their caregivers may enjoy nature and reading together. Emile in the Field, by Kevin Young and illustrated by Chioma Ebinama, is the story of a little boy who spends every season playing in a field by his house and learns that nature is there to love on your own and to share with others. 

This StoryWalk will be set up in the Municipal Park (the one behind the library, also known as Watertower Park) for a month and a half, from July 1 through August 15. Stop by anytime to check it out, not just during library hours.
