StoryWalk: If I Built a School

We invite you to grab the family and take a stroll through our If I Built a School StoryWalk set up in the Municipal Park behind the library. A StoryWalk® places pages from a children’s picture book along a walking path so that children and their caregivers may enjoy nature and reading together. Written and illustrated by Chris Van Dusen, If I Built a School imagines what a young boy might dream his perfect school would be, complete with hover desks and a trampoline basketball court. 

This StoryWalk will be set up in the Municipal Park (the one behind the library, also known as Watertower Park) for a month and a half, from July 1 through August 15. Stop by anytime to check it out, not just during library hours.
