Mark Spada, President of Western Pennsylvanians for Passenger Rail (WPPR), will review the history of western PA passenger rail service beginning shortly before the creation of Amtrak leading up to today, as well as look at future developments. The presentation will run about 50 minutes, with time afterwards for questions. Open to mature teens and adults. Registration is strongly suggested.
