Plant Based Pittsburgh South is a group of people who are primarily plant-based, interested in going plant-based, curious about plant-based eating or accompanying a friend who is interested in the lifestyle.

It's almost time to go back to school! Stop into the library anytime during regular hours on Thursday, August 14 to participate in a fun back to school themed scavenger hunt. All kids who complete the scavenger hunt will win a prize.

Drop and and see what  surprise craft we have out! It could be a black cat puppet or a tissue paper butterfly or something completely different! Kids of all ages can make this craft at the library, or take a kit to make at home.

The library board meets on the third Tuesday of every month. This meeting will take place via Zoom webinar and in-person in the Sycamore/Hemlock Room. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

During this hour-long program, participants will play back-to-back rounds of bingo to win prizes including -- you guessed it -- BOOKS!

Are you from outside of the U.S.? Different states? Maybe you are a native yinzer! Meet us in our International Chat Room and introduce your country, culture and share your story! We will get together once a month and chat about some fun topics.

From the hours of 10 a.m. until 2 p.m., library volunteers will be on hand to collect donations of gently used materials inside the library. Please have the items packaged in boxes or bags.
